Burke Appraisal Services

Chris Burke has lived and worked in the north central region of Connecticut for more than 35 years. In 2015, Chris moved down to the south central area of Connecticut and began serving the Middlesex County region as an appraiser. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1987 while working toward his appraisal designation.  Chris obtained his Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license, and in 1994 started his business – Burke Appraisal Services, LLC.  Chris has served on different boards and commissions in the area, lending his expertise to the community he serves.

Sarah Lindsay is a native of southern Connecticut, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in 2017.  In 2019 she began pursuing her appraisal license, receiving her designation as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2022. Sarah is also a small business owner in Clinton.
